Kanyinsola Mba is the General Manager, Human Capital Management & Services at Oando Energy Resources Nigeria Limited. She is a seasoned human capital leader with over 15 years of progressive experience spanning HR strategy, reward management, employee experience design, organisational development, and culture transformation across the manufacturing and energy sectors.

She began her HR career in the manufacturing industry, where she held several roles including HR Advisor for the Manufacturing and Operations Division, HR Business Partner for the Commercial Division, Compensation & Benefits Manager, and ultimately, Group Head, Reward Management. During this time, she was part of the pioneering team that introduced the HR Business Partnering model within the organisation, providing strategic, frontline advisory to enhance operational effectiveness. She also led several HR transformation and restructuring initiatives, and oversaw the design and management of compensation and benefits systems, performance management frameworks, career development programmes, employee engagement strategies, and internal communications across a group of over 10 businesses. 

Following a successful career in the FMCG sector, she transitioned into the energy industry, where she served in roles such as Head, Compensation & Benefits and Head, Employee Experience. In these positions, she designed and implemented comprehensive reward and recognition frameworks that improved employee productivity and supported sustainable business performance.

She joined Oando as Head, Human Capital Management, where she has since led the design and execution of several talent management initiatives. Notably, she played a key role in facilitating the people and culture integration process following the acquisition of the Nigeria Agip Oil Company (NAOC).

Kanyinsola holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Nigeria and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
